Ilkley: non material amendment to permission 11/01482/HOU dated 26/05/11: single-storey extension to rear to include approved bank of four rooflights altered to three single rooflights, approved horizontal window altered to two vertical slot windows, see plans 00-04revb, 00-05revb and 00-06reva, 1 Margerison Road. Ilkley: decking in back garden, 315 Leeds Road.

Keighley: conservatory to rear, 20 Broadlands. Keighley: three prefabricated buildings for use as community centre and offices, land adjacent to 107 Florist Street.
