Shahid Ali Sadik, aged 22, of Toller Lane, Heaton; assault, £135 fine, £100 compensation, £100 costs. Mirza Khan, of Toller Lane, Heaton; three counts contravening provision contained in building regulations, £3,000 fine, £450 costs. Tahir Mehmood, aged 36, of Grasleigh Way, Allerton; two counts of contravening provision contained in building regulations, £1,500 fine, £450 costs. Gareth Edward Naylor, aged 27, of Hatton Close, Odsal; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence, order revoked, community order made with curfew.
Anthony Roland Walsh, aged 23, of Bradford Old Road, Bingley; failure to provide a suitable diet for an animal, £100 fine, £150 costs, depriving ownership of the animal, disqualifying defendant from owing an animal for three years; failure to protect animal from pain, injury, suffering and disease. Sabir Hussain, aged 54, of Girlington Road, Heaton; smoking in a smoke-free place, £130 fine, £557. Patricia Mitchell, aged 60, of Beacon Road, Horton Bank Top; six counts of falsely claiming benefit, community order made with 100 hours unpaid work, £250 costs.
