East Morton: change of use of annexe to self-contained flat, 2 Highfield Mews. East Morton: construction of single-storey rear extension, 14 Alma Terrace, Otley Road. Gilstead: construction of conservatory to the rear, 20 Bewick Drive. Gilstead: two-storey side extension, 14 Royd Avenue.

Ilkley: construction of single garage and replacement of existing summerhouse, together with associated landscaping works, Oakfield, Gill Bank Road. Ilkley: non-material amendment to planning approval 11/00364/HOU (rear extension to dwelling) to: replace painted render with coursed stone to ground floor garage external walls and replace ground floor window to rear elevation with glazed bi-folding doors, 115 Bolling Road. Ilkley: raise the gable ridge of the front apex roof including a bullseye and Velux window, 11 Hollingwood Rise.
