A shisha bar and entertainment venue could open in a former textile mill close to Bradford city centre.
It would be called Junoon, which is Arabic for ‘crazy’, offering live music, food and non-alcoholic drinks.
The scheme would involve the conversion of first-floor factory space at 156-158 Grattan Road, above three other firms which rent space from Bradford property developer, Ibrar Khan.
A balcony between adjoining buildings would serve as the smoking area.
