Bingley: variation of conditions 6 and 7 of permission 07/08284/OUT dated 19/9/2007: demolition of 85 per cent (approx) of existing buildings, construction of three-storey school attached to remaining 15 per cent, creation of new access road off Wagon Lane and provision of new sports facilities, Beckfoot School, Wagon Lane. Denholme: request for a scoping opinion under regulation 10 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 1999 for the extraction and sale of other mineral reserves, including sandstone, coal and clays, from a dormant fireclay extraction site (the dormant planning permission for the winning and working of Fireclay at Far Shay Farm is currently the subject of a separate determination of conditions application ref 10/04520/MIN to allow for its reactivation), Far Shay Farm, Brighouse and Denholme Road.

Keighley: change of use of multi-storey car park to car sales and display and sale of car parts, Damside Car Park, Damside.
