Fatima Hussain, aged 25, of Walden Drive, Heaton; driving while disqualified, community order made with 120 hours’ unpaid work, banned from driving for 12 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. David Thomas Wales, aged 30, of Leeds Road, Barkerend, drunk and disorderly, six months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs.

Imran Aslam, aged 29, of Waverley Place, Great Horton; two counts of assault, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation. Riasat Khan, aged 43, of Fitzroy Road, Bradford Moor; breach of non-molestation order, six months’ conditional discharge, £150 costs.

George William Dunn, aged 20, of Ribbleton Grove, Pollard Park; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 20 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Rafakat Khan, aged 24, of Lindley Road, Little Horton; possession of cannabis, £100 fine, £100 costs. Brian Shimbles, aged 50, of Kenton Way, Holme Wood; drink-driving, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for three years Thomas William Farndale, aged 25, of Torre Road, Horton Bank Top; entered as a trespasser of a building with intent to do unlawful damage; resentenced for original offence, jailed for 18 weeks; application to revoke a community order, dealt with for the original offence, order revoked.
