A 65-year-old male pedestrian was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary after he was seriously injured in an accident with a black Vauxhall Astra car in Great Horton Road, Bradford, shortly after midday today.
Police closed the road for more than two hours and diverted traffic along Westcroft Road as they dealt with the incident.
