Keighley: a mezzanine floor within the existing Currys unit, Unit 5 Keighley Retail Park, Hard Ings Road. Keighley: change of use from tanning salon to a hair and beauty salon, 119 East Parade. Keighley: construction of shed, Dunroyd Barn, Hainworth. Keighley: demolition of existing stable outbuilding and rebuild of new stable, Hainworth Shay Farm, Hainworth Shaw Lane. Keighley: dormer windows to front and rear, 106 Lawkholme Lane. Keighley: retrospective application to retain turkey rearing shed, Dobfield Farm, Todley Hall Road, Laycock.

Micklethwaite: construction of some 400 houses, new swing bridge, access points and internal road network (request for scoping opinion), land at Sty Lane. Riddlesden: construction of two new pairs of semi-detached dwellings, 18 Barley Cote Avenue.

Shipley: construction of full first- floor extension and new roof structure, 291 Bingley Road. Shipley: single-storey rear and side extension incorporating extended kitchen, utility room and garage, 22 Bankfield Drive. Shipley: change of use from A1 retail to A2 office type to allow the opening of an estate agent, 4 Market Square.

Silsden: demolition of existing single-storey buildings and construction of 13 residential units, Pennine Playgrounds, Waterside Business Park, Keighley Road. Silsden: the erection of one 15m high wind turbine at Delph Farm, Coates Lane. Silsden: two-storey side extension with attached garage and conservatory to rear, 40 Breakmoor Avenue.
