Developers should pay nearly £350,000 to Bradford Council if plans for 135 new homes are accepted.
It is the figure requested by the Council’s departments of services to children and young people and environment and sport to cover secondary school and open space provision, according to two reports.
The reports are some of the documents to be attached to the planning application for 135 homes at Bingley Road, Menston, by Taylor Wimpey.
In her report, Helen Latka, a research and development officer for the services to children and young people department, said developers would only have to make a contribution of £205,546 towards secondary education as there are places available at Menston Primary School.
