The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

City centre: replace two illuminated signs and nine non-illuminated signs, 378 Manchester Road. Clayton: construction of single storey rear extension with new external basement access, 1 Aberdeen Terrace. Clayton: construction of two storey side extension and single storey side extension, 3 Terrington Crest.

Eccleshill: change of use of part of existing unit from class B2 general industrial to class A1 retail shop, 2 Union Mills, Harrogate Road. Eccleshill: demolition of existing flats and construction of 25 new dwellings with associated access roads and parking, 21 Oakdale Drive. Eccleshill: externally mounted roller shutters to the front elevation to improve the security of the premises the colours of the shutters is brown, 170 Intake Road. Eccleshill: granny annexe to rear, 21 Hazelcroft. Fairweather Green: amendments to approved application 09/05060/HOU: construction of extension to side and rear of property, 11 Hedge Close. Fairweather Green: to use land as site compound for 12 months, Bull Royd Allotment Gardens, Bull Royd Lane.

Girlington: installation of a new skate park within the grounds, Girlington Recreation Ground, West Park Road. Great Horton: change of use from existing (part) retail unit to separate unit for beauty use, 349-351 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: change of use from Polish ex-serviceman’s club (D1 and A4) to A1 retail and A3 café, 14 Shearbridge Road. Great Horton: change of use to internet café/lounge with seating area and external roof garden, 1 Hey Street. Great Horton: front dormer window and rear kitchen extension, 40 Rothesay Terrace. Great Horton: two illuminated fascia signs, one to street elevation and one to side elevation with one small illuminated projecting sign to the street elevation, 349A-351 Great Horton Road. Heaton: access to first floor at rear of property and alterations, 31 Lilycroft Road.

Keighley: non material amendment to planning permission 09/05876/FUL for the construction of 26 houses: the amendment consists of changes to the internal layout and external ground floor front elevation by the removal of the garage door and replacement with kitchen window for the dwellings on plots 15, 16 and 17, Knowle Close.
