Police have increased patrols around Harden Memorial Hall on Friday and Saturday nights to tackle anti-social behaviour.
The news was given at the village’s latest neighbourhood forum as officers presented recent crime figures.
Residents suggested installing a CCTV camera at the hall so that troublemakers could be identified.
During the forum, villagers also heard about plans to use Midgeham End Quarry, in nearby Ryecroft, for the disposal of construction and demolition waste.
They expressed concern about the safety of children in Ryecroft due to the potential increase in heavy goods vehicles.
Some residents suggested that Bradford Council narrow the road so that lorries could not get through.
Villagers were introduced to their local neighbourhood warden and encouraged to volunteer as street reps to improve their areas.
They also heard about discussions between Harden Parish Council and young people about installing a youth shelter in the village.
