Idle: change of use from A1 retail to mixed A3/A5 (tea room, café and restaurant with takeaway facility), 16 The Green. Idle: single storey extension to rear, 32 Santa Monica Road.

Ilkley: basement conversion including new doors to principal elevation with landscaping and reorganisation of car parking to front of the property, 102 Skipton Road. Ilkley: demolition of bungalow and replacement with new dwelling, 6 Parish Ghyll Walk.
