Plans for a development of up to 135 new houses have been validated by Bradford Council.
Taylor Wimpey submitted the application for outline planning permission for the development on Bingley Road, Menston, in December and the plans will now go out to public consultation.
The proposals include a mix of two-storey houses from two-bedroom to family homes and three open spaces. Campaigners want to save the Bingley Road site and land at Derry Hill.
