The owners of the Old Tramshed in Bingley Road, Saltaire, are running a novel prize draw with the winner taking full ownership of a £500,000 night club in a student hot spot.
Yorkshire-based Tocatta Solutions have put 20,000 tickets for sale to win Toast night club and bar in Lancaster.
To win the prize – and a £50,000 interest free start-up loan – entrants have to answer three questions and describe why they should be the club’s owner.
Tickets cost £50 with a quarter of the sales going to Cancer Research UK.
Kevin Jones said: “We have tried to create a win-win situation. The winner gets a going concern, we release our asset, and the charity wins.”
Details can be found at winanightclub.com. The competition closes on January 31.
