The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Clayton: change of use to office and car sales pitch, 200 Pasture Lane. Clayton: first floor extension of existing building to form ground floor hair salon and associated storage, 242 Bradford Road.

Daisy Hill: non-material amendment to permission 10/00137/HOU dated 11.03.2010 construction of two-storey rear and side extension to alter materials used to stone in place of stone and render, 104 Daisy Hill Lane. Daisy Hill: retrospective application for construction of two dwellings to amend position of the north boundary and include lowering of basement floor and introduction of additional storey and underground storage rooms, land west of Hazel Walk.

Dudley Hill: change of use from vacant old mill space on Harry Street to dance studio for children, including reception, seated area and unisex disabled toilets/ bathroom, Terrys Mill, School Street.

Fairweather Green: construction of single-storey side extension to existing fire station to provide additional garage and storage facilities for the Young Firefighters Training Scheme, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, Fairweather Green Fire Station, 1003 Thornton Road.

Girlington: construction of single-storey rear extension, 536 Thornton Road. Girlington: demolition and construction of a new replacement mosque, 182A Durham Road. Girlington: to excavate raised area, build traditional construction walling and sloping roof, access doors with a new window, 47 Kensington Street.

Great Horton: extension of car park to provide additional car parking spaces, 28 Shearbridge Road. Great Horton: installation of floodlights, Scholemoor Cemetery, Necropolis Road. Great Horton: two-storey extensions to rear of properties and dormer windows to front and rear of Nos 3 and 5, 1, 3 and 5 Princeville Street.

Heaton: dormer windows to front and rear and single-storey extension of rear of property, 23 Farfield Terrace. Heaton: single-storey side extension, 24 Pearson Lane. Idle: construction of rear conservatory, 1A Highfield Avenue.

Ilkley: demolition of existing nursery and construction of a nursery to current standards, Ben Rhydding Primary School, Bolling Road. Ilkley: existing Yorkshire Water building to be demolished and replaced with new visitors centre/cafe with public toilet facilities, existing below-ground tanks to be renovated to provide additional storage/feature, new building to be over two floors with basement, Cow and Calf Cafe, Cow and Calf Rocks, Hangingstone Road.

Ilkley: installation of a 15m slimline column accommodating one trisector antenna and one 600mm transmission dish, with an equipment cabinet and ancillary meter pillar located adjacent at ground level, Ilkley RUFC, Stacks Field, Denton Road. Ilkley: removal of existing monopitched slate roof and replacement with hipped lean-to roof covered with red rosemary clay tiles, 9 Clifford Avenue.

Little Horton: change of use of existing fish tackle shop to A5 hot food takeaway, 71 Park Road. Little Horton: change of use to existing dwelling into an education resource learning centre, 234 Parkside Road.

Little Horton: construction of a pair of semi-detached dwellings, land to rear of 48-58 Marsh Street.
