Keighley: alteration to approval 08/04726/FUL dated 22/10/2008, Office Acre Park, Dalton Lane. Keighley: alterations to planning approval 08/02041/FUL dated 17/11/08, a render finish to the side and rear elevations instead of the natural stone, land east of 32 Braithwaite Edge Road.
Keighley: construction of class A1 supermarket with parking, modifications to existing highway with residential maisonettes above, land south of 19-51 Church Street. Keighley: construction of four new dwellings, land at Pickles Street. Keighley: internal offices, Primeur Limited, Aireworth Road.
Menston: demolition of existing dwelling and coach house/garage and construction of three detached houses, utilising existing access, Reevadale, Clarence Drive. Micklethwaite: construction of rear extension and alterations to existing property, Beck House, Beck Road.
Riddlesden: construction of three dwellings, Stockbridge Wharf, Bar Lane.

Shipley: renewal of planning permission 05/02867/FUL dated 15.07.2005: two-storey extension to side of existing flats and amendments to car parking, 128-130 Bingley Road.
Silsden: construction of single-storey rear extension and pitched roof over existing two- storey extension, 80 Howden Road. Silsden: construction of agricultural building on existing hard standing, Low Woodside Farm, Woodside Road. Silsden: construction of two-bedroomed detached dwelling, 9 East Dene.
Silsden: farm building and increase in size of farmyard, Fishbeck Farm, Bolton Road. Silsden: removal of existing pre-fabricated garage and replace with new pitched roof garage comprising render and stone outer walls, 3 Dale View.
Steeton with Eastburn: construction of side extension at first floor to create a bedroom above an existing garage, 12 James Avenue. Steeton with Eastburn: renewal of planning approval 04/05554/FUL dated 15/07/05: new driveway, Barrows House, 16 Barrows Lane.

Little Horton: non-material amendment to planning permission 08/01519/REM dated October 15, 2008, to change of approved lighting scheme design, Grange Technology College, Haycliffe Lane. Little Horton: replacement windows and doors, 53 St George’s Place, Elizabeth Street. Manningham: replacement of windows and doors, 7 and 11 Walmer Villas. Scholes: conservation area consent for demolition of boundary wall to form driveway and entrance gates (within a conservation area), 110, Scholes Lane.
