Keighley: retrospective planning application for the creation of a single dwelling within the extension at Tarn House Farm, Black Hill Lane. Keighley: change of use from light industrial and previously approved place of worship to combined restaurants and cafes, and assembly and leisure including new toilet block extension and alterations together with display of advertisements. Octagon House, Bradford Road, Sandbeds. Keighley: construction of rear dormer window, 142 Fell Lane.

Long Lee: construction of extension to existing indoor equestrian arena, Aire View Farm, Harden Road. Menston: construction of a two-storey side extension and ground-floor rear extension, 29 Brooklands Lane.

Morton: demolition of stable block and outbuilding and redevelopment for three detached dwellings, land to the rear of Highstead Street Lane. Oakworth: variation of condition three concerning materials to be agreed of approval, detached dwelling revisions, land west of 68 Church Street, Colne Road.

Riddlesden: construction of two- bedroom extension, 6A Scott Lane. Shipley: construction of a single-storey extension to CLP approved two-storey rear extension, 4 Grosvenor Road.
