A host of prospective buyers are interested in an Ilkley property after it went on the market for nearly £3 million last week.
Heathcote, a Grade II-listed mansion, is up for grabs for a cool £2.95m after the owners, building supplies and service company NG Bailey, put it up for sale.
The property, a rare northern example of the work of renowned architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, is used as offices but could be transformed into a family home once more by the new owners.
And estate agents Dacre, Son and Hartley said five viewings had taken place, with more planned as interest comes in from around the country.
Built in 1906 as a family home on Kings Road, Heathcote stands within its own 2.88 acre grounds, complete with ornamental gardens and ancillary buildings.
