Steven Ian Thackray, aged 30, of Roundwood Avenue, Ravenscliffe; assault, community order made, £85 costs; application to revoke a community order and re-sentence, granted; re-sentenced for original offence, community order made. Kevin John Patron, aged 52, of Braybrook Court, Manningham; using violence to secure entry to premises, community order made, £85 costs.

Naeem Shahzad, aged 40, of Kirkham Road, Lidget Green; four counts of failure to comply with the requirements of an environmental permit condition, £800 fine, £2,332.45 costs. Mohammed Aslam, aged 56, of Belton Close, Horton Bank Bottom; seven counts of breach of non-molestation order, community order made with curfew. Slawomira Markowska, aged 48, of Acton Street, Bradford Moor; attempted theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 16 weeks.
