A 17-year-old youth has been charged with raping an 18-year-old woman in an alleyway behind a supermarket in Guiseley.
The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday in the alley linking Park Road and Victoria Road.
Officers are still appealing to trace a group of two or three women who are believed to have walked through the alleyway between the back of Morrisons supermarket and Vine Court residential home between 12.45am and 2am and may have seen what appeared to be a courting couple.
The women are described as being in their 40s. One is described as having blonde hair and wore a light-coloured coat on her shoulders.
The teenager, from Yeadon, is due to appear before Leeds Youth Court today.
