Keighley Shamrocks Under-7s played out a brilliant game of football against Prospect which either team could have won. The Shammies managed to score the vital goal with a minute to go to secure a 1-0 win. Scorer was Christian Galindo who was also the joint man of the match with Connor McGarry and James Dyminski. Also putting in good performances were Owen Williamson, Rhys Darby, Oliver Leeming, Declan Greenwood and Dylan Mortimer.

Keighley Shamrocks Under-8s turned in another superb passing performance to demolish Bolton Woods 16-0. Sam Fox was on the end of most of the Shammies moves, scoring 10 goals and Jordan Renwick chipped in with four of his own. The remaining two goals came from Connor Mitchell. They shared the man of the match award with Christopher Johnson, Wasim Tanvir, Thomas Woodward, and Jordan Powell after a total team display.

Keighley Shamrocks Under-9s pulled off a 5-3 victory over Sandy Lane. They started brightly and scored four times in the first ten minutes thanks to Luke McKenna with two and one each from Ben Parnaby and Cameron Galindo. Gino Lucrezi and James Gilmartin were in command in midfield before Lucrezi was injured. Sandy Lane took advantage and scored twice and added a third before Parnaby secured the points for Shammies, Kieran Hindle and man of the match Sam Buxton were in good form at the back, as was Tom Crawley in goal.

Keighley Shamrocks Under-11s clashed with local rivals Long Lee in a thrilling cup-tie. The game went down to the wire in extra time as the Shammies pushed league leaders Long Lee all the way. Luke Ireland and Jamie Greenwood were on form in attack and Jackson Rouse opened the scoring. It wasn't long before Long Lee levelled the score despite voracious defending from Ben Fothergill and Mick McGinn. Ian Devlin gave the Shammies the lead again, racing in to finish off some crafty passing from Jordan Bates, Ben Roe and Rouse. Long Lee battled on and levelled the scores before full time. They took the lead in the first half of extra time following a deflection off the Shammie's defence, and seemed to seal the win by making it 4-2. However, the Shammies were not finished, Devlin headed in his second to give the visitors hope. A last minute corner from Roe and the Shammies put everyone up front, but it was not to be. The final score 4-3 to Long Lee and Shamrocks' man of the match was goalkeeper Lewis Wrathall.

Long Lee Under-8s suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Pool despite scoring the opening goal. Kean Shaw scored in the first half but Pool drew level before the break. In the second half Pool scored two quick goals and although Reece Webb scored Long Lee's second they could not get an equaliser. Goalkeeper Connor Smith worked hard for Long lee.

Long Lee Under-10s produced another impressive display at Undercliffe. First half goals from Samee Tariq, Sam Hallas (2) and Jack Armitage (2) gave them a 5-0 advantage at the break. Long Lee continued to dominate with Sam Hallas and Jack Armitage completing their hat-tricks. Liam Whiteoak produced two excellent saves to keep a clean sheet. Further goals from Josh Holt, Reece Mabbutt and Jack O'Keeffe completed a 10-0 victory. The man of the match award went to each player for a superb team performance.

Long Lee Under-11s A played Keighley Shamrocks in the League Cup second round, and after a thrilling match they came away with a 4-3 victory. Long Lee started well, but found themselves behind after a breakaway Shamrocks goal. However, Liam Baker equalised and at half-time the score was 1-1. In the second half Long Lee took the lead with a goal from Ellis Atha, but Shamrocks scored a late equaliser to send the game to extra-time. Long Lee then took the lead again in extra-time, first Jamie England's cross took a deflection and ended up in the back of the net, and Daniel Driver scored to give Long Lee a two goal advantage. Shamrocks scored again with a couple of minutes to go, but Long Lee defended the last couple of minutes with great commitment to ensure they won the game 4-3, and progressed through to the quarter-finals. George Knight was man of the match for Long Lee. All the players involved on both sides should take credit for playing their part in a game that was a great advert for local junior football.

Long Lee Under-13s got back to winning ways with a convincing 18-1 victory in the cup at Nab Wood. Long Lee's scorers were: C Featherstone (4), S Quinlan (4), K O'Driscoll (3), J Alvey (2), J Holt, J Cellion, B Whiteoak and D Fazackerley. C Featherstone was named man of the match.

Long Lee Under-14s booked their place in the quarter-final of the cup with a 7-1 victory over Eccleshill Eagles. Daniel Riley opened the scoring closely followed by Joshua Huntley with two neat headers. James Francis scored the fourth and Eccleshill pulled on back before half time. Long Lee continued to dominate in the second half with Robert Robinson finding the net and Anthony Sheehan scored twice. R J Gaughan put in his best performance of the season to be named man of the match.

Oakworth Under-8 Wasps beat Sutton B 6-0 after Dan Scott set the tone with two early goals. Joe Rundle was also soon on the score sheet. The second half saw more pressure from Oaks, completed his hat trick and Will Rankin scored two. Man of the match Shaun O'Neill continued to impress in the Oaks midfield and there were excellent performances from Sam Adams, Jordan Barclay, Jack McGarry, Cameron Thynne, and Louis McGeachie.

Oakworth Hornets Under-8s beat Sutton 4-1 with Ben Weatherall breaking the deadlock. Oaks had all the play but were beaten by a Sutton counter attack. The lead was restored when Weatherall grabbed his second. The second half saw more pressure from Oaks and Callum Holmes scored from the edge of the box before Lewis Hopkinson made the points safe with a good individual effort. There were excellent performances from Joe Horsfield, Tom Bradley, Matt Spoor, Connor McGrann, Lewis Hopkinson, Callum Holmes and Ben Weatherall. Callum Holmes was man of the match.

Oakworth Under-10 Hornets beat Eldwick 2-0 in a superb game of football, leaving just two victories away from the league title. Eldwick provided strong opposition, but in an evenly matched first half Aaron Dickson fired home following a great move involving Jack Cryer and George Brown. Oakworth started the second half at a terrific pace and Drake added the second. The visitors had most of the possession in the second half and the Eldwick goalkeeper produced some great saves to keep them in the game. Oliver Arthurs and Thomas Hull deserved credit for great work in midfield and there was special praise for Eldwick for a great game.

Oakworth Under-10 Wasps gave themselves a great chance to snatch their league title with another fine performance. They scored three goals in a terrific first half with Drew Calver scoring twice and an own goal. The second half once again saw Oaks dominate but they were unable to add to their tally. Wingers Casey Dowthwaite and Joshua Kiteley both had fine games causing Eldwick problems.

Oakworth Under-11s beat Burnley Juniors 9-3 after Jason McGee settled his side's nerves with a classy finish. Elliot Armstrong got his second hat-trick and Ryan Ives scored two and Bradley Fox also added a hat-trick. The back four were marshalled by man of the match Luke McDermot with goalkeeper Wayne Hunnebell producing a great save when called into action.

Silsden Under-10s A were away to Burley Bulls and came away empty handed after a very close game. Silsden took the lead early in the first half with a goal from Ben Dakin but Burley hit back immediately with two goals. In the second half Silsden battled on a heavy pitch but were dealt a setback when Burley hit them on the break to score a third. David Hunt scored Silsden's second and they continued to attack but couldn't find the elusive equaliser. The man of the match award went to the whole team for a battling performance

Silsden Under-10s B played out a 1-1 draw at Burley Bulls. The Bulls went ahead in the first half with a goal on the break and both goalkeepers were called on to make good saves. In the second half Silsden battled on a heavy pitch to get an equaliser and were rewarded when Alex Robinson scored after a good pass from Jack Leach. Both teams continued to attack looking for the winner but in the end a draw was a fair result. Cameron Latter was man of the match.

Silsden Under-11s beat Idle 5-0 in a performance built on the solid defence of Harvey Briggs Zack Conway and Billy Davis. Silsden went into half time two goals up and extended their lead after some good football from Mark Smith and Oliver Stephenson. Goals came from Ben Geary (3) and Chris Rudden (2).

Silsden Under-8s A bounced back from a disappointing performance last week, with a great all-round effort to secure a 3-3 draw with high-flying Bolton Woods. Silsden's goals came from Ben Metcalfe (2) and Ogden. In the meantime the Silsden defence and midfield battled against skillful opponents. Charlie Pociecha tackled brilliantly throughout and David Emmott made several important saves. The whole team shared the man of the match award.

Silsden Under-8s B came back down to an earth with a bump after a recent good run of form. They started brightly with some good passing and movement prompted by Josh Clarkson. But after Bolton Woods' first goal, Silsden seemed to lose heart and went down to a heavy defeat. Jack Shaw tried hard in defence but too often he was left exposed by a lack of tackling back from his colleagues. If it had not been for some brave goal keeping from man of the match James Darcy, the winning margin could well have been much greater.
