Pudsey Juniors Girls under-16s advanced to the West Riding Cup final for the fifth year in a row with a 16-1 thrashing of Battyeford Sporting Girls.

The girls recorded their third highest score ever in a competitive game, playing some of their best football of the season.

Their passing and movement was of the highest order and their opponents were completely outplayed.

Pudsey's goalscorers were Faye Boshell (4), Sarah Cromack (3), Annie Murphy (3), Lorna Stringwell (2), Vicky Mladenovic, Naomi Jayne Scorah and Charlotte Walker.

In the Keybury League, Undercliffe Celtic played host to Burley and Joe Walker Kaye opened the scoring for the home side within the first few seconds.

Burley had hardly recovered from the shock when Kaye scored again.

Derek Nti added a third for Undercliffe in the second half with a superb strike and, after Luke Chapman made it 4-0, Kaye had the final say by completing his hat-trick.

Having lost 7-0 at Queensbury A in October, Bradford Tigers A showed just how much they have improved by drawing 2-2 in the return fixture.

Tigers, who coneded a goal within ten seconds of the kick-off, trailed 2-0 but hauled themselves back into the match with a superb solo effort from forward Lucas Clayden and grabbed a point with a late equaliser from substitute Gabe Lynch.

Ciaran Nar was Tigers' man of the match and fellow defender Ibraheem Sabir won the award for the B team, who lost 7-0 to table-topping Queensbury B.

Nab Wood under-nines' dominated from start to finish in a 6-0 win over Gomersal/Cleckheaton Vipers. On target were Chris Mercer (3), Jacob Kanue, Nomaan Iqbal and Aaron Roberts, whose left-foot volley from the edge of the box was the pick of the goals.

Myrtle Park Juniors travelled to Dudley Hill for a top versus bottom league clash.

James Wilson and Tom Thornton made it 2-1 at half-time and goals from Cameron Atkinson and Bradley Pearson made the final score 4-1.

Cameron Cliff opened the scoring for Kings Park Panthers against Shipley B and it wasn't long before midfielder Jefferson Lagarde chipped in with a

second to wrap up the points. Mathew Wilkinson was man of the match.

Kings Park Pumas were slow off the mark against a good Shipley side but there was no stopping them once the first goal went in and they finished 6-1 victors.

Kings Park Wildcats were no match for Bradford Tigers, who won 10-0, while the Cubs beat Shipley E 3-0.

Sandy Lane Juniors under-nines played at home to Vision and drew 2-2, with goals coming from David Simpson and Jack Diamond.

Jeremiah Witter was outstanding in midfield and Kyle Eastwood was man of the match.

Sandy Lane under-tens played at home to Queensbury Celtic and won 2-1, Curtis Gilbert scoring both goals and Danny Jennings named man of the match.

Bramley Phoenix Juniors A took the honours in their under-nines clash with Albion Sports in a scrappy game, winning courtesy of a dubious penalty.

Ryan Watling scored four terriffic goals as Albion B played their best game of the season so far. Adam Hussain also scored to complete a 5-2 victory.

Farsley and Queensbury Celtic were involved in a nail-biting game.

Farsley's defence of Josh Fairbrother, Keelen Milner, Will Buck and Oliver Beard did well to hold out for so long against a Queensbury barrage, before eventually going down 3-0.

Prospect Juniors under-13s were held to a 1-1 draw by fellow title-contenders Seacroft Colts in the Second Division of the Garforth League.

Prospect should have taken the lead in the last minute of the first half when Oli Eli was put through but his shot flew just wide.

Prospect pressure paid off with 20 minutes to go when a defender handled the ball in the area and goalkeeper and man of the match Jonny Cowan stepped up to score from the penalty spot.

Prospect then missed two chances to seal the game and a late challenge in the Prospect box saw Seacroft awarded a penalty with five minutes to go to level the score.

Eccleshill United under-sevens lost 6-0 to Menston. The scoreline was a little harsh on Eccleshill but Menston took their chances well.

The under-nines were beaten 2-0 by Shipley Panthers while the under-tens Lizards were on the wrong end of a 3-1 scoreline against Menston Rovers - Zac Davey scoring the consolation.

The under-ten Scorpions were swept aside 11-0 by a rampant Menston Rangers team but there was better news for the under-11s, who beat Eldwick 5-2 with goals from Josh Moore (2), Joe Houlden (2) and Jason Greenwood.
