CHILDREN from a South Craven school will take a trip to a land of make-believe next week.
Budding actors at Malsis School, Glusburn, will take centre stage to perform J M Barrie's Peter Pan.
Eight-year-old pupil Harriet Bannister, of Sutton, plays the lead role while six-year-old Gregor Dickie takes on the villain's role as Captain Hook, and Bryony Whitaker plays Wendy.
The show promises to feature a lively musical score and even some flying.
The children have been rehearsing since the beginning of term under the guidance of director Amelia Whitaker and choreographer and stage manager Glenda McKenna.
A matinee performance takes place on Tuesday at 2pm, while evening performances starting at 7pm take place on Thursday and Friday. Entrance is free, but call the school on 01535 633027 if you would like to attend.
