The League has been invited to send a team to play at the Nidderdale Show against a Nidderdale League side on Monday.
In the past the home side have played against Yorkshire CCC sides, The Yorkshire Academy and various other Leagues, so it is an honour and a privilege for us to be asked to take part.
The League have selected the following side to represent them: Richard Craddock and Mark Paxton (Thornton), Mark Price (Glusburn), Gareth Marshall (Cullingworth), Neil Copping (Bingley Congs), Chris White (Oakworth), Martyn Dalby (Cowling), Charlie Hainsworth (Haworth Road Meths), Simon Bailey, James Tiffany and John Hillary (Embsay).
The game starts at 11am and is 40 overs per side with no bowler allowed more than eight overs.
