South Craven School's First XI cricket team have had mixed fortunes in recent matches.
Against Huddersfield New College (136-6 ) the school lost by four wickets after South Craven had declared on 135 for 8.
Brothers James and Robert Wilkinson top-scored for South Craven with 31 and 30 respectively. Robert followed with bowling figures of 3-18 but could not prevent defeat.
Robert Wilkinson starred again, this time in the five wicket victory over Rotherham Sixth Form College.
Rotherham were bowled out for 119 with Wilkinson taking 4-27 and Matthew Wiggan 4-20. South Craven also struggled but Tom Waggett 35 and Richard Walker 26 built the innings and captain
Robert Wilkinson capped a fine day by hitting the winning runs and ending on 27 not out.
