Guiseley AFC kick-off their pre-season friendlies against York City next Thursday, July 21, with a 7.30 pm kick-off.
They will then face Selby away on the Saturday, Harrogate Town at home on Monday, July 25, and Bradford City at Nethermoor Park on Wednesday, July 27.
Manager Neil Parsley has been hampered somewhat in his team building by a lack of available funding but he is expecting to sign former Burnley player Robbie Painter who has been at training over the past couple of weeks.
Parsley's immediate problem is to sign a goalkeeper as John Lamb has once again decided to do pre-season training with Leigh RMI and it looks to have signalled the end of his career at Nethermoor Park.
Guiseley kick-off their UniBond Premier Division season at Leek Town on Saturday, August 20, and this will be followed by a home game against Gateshead on Tuesday, August 23.
