Guiseley hung on to second spot after their excellent three wickets win over Kirkstall who posted a score of 294-9. They had a century maker in number four P Bennett, who made 108, while there were half-centuries for Dave Wonfor and P Irwin.

Howard Reeve led Guiseley to victory with a magnificent innings of 163 from the opening spot.The former Undercliffe batsman shared a first wicket stand of 183 with Alex Bell who made 59.

Steeton maintained their place at the top of the Airedale and Wharfedale League Second Teams League with a 64 runs win over visitors Adel.

Steeton made 188-9 struggling somewhat against the bowling of R Mumford who took 4-48 off 14 overs. They reached 188-9 but Adel were held in check as Stephen Roberts claimed 5-25 off 12 overs and with A Hall absent through illness Adel could only bat ten men.

Rawdon have the same number of points as Guiseley failing to press home for six points against North Leeds. A half-century from David Wilkinson helped Rawdon to a score of 214-9 but then North Leeds hung on at 166-9 to share the spoils.

Pool remain entrenched at the foot of the table after losing by five wickets to Follifoot who dismissed them for 128. with M Richards taking 5-43.

A half century from S Parkinson helped Green Lane to a seven wickets win over Otley who were dismissed for 129 as Lee Bramham and Tommy Powell each picked up four wickets.

Burley chased a Bilton score of 178-7 finishing up on 168-9 with opener Martin Robinson making 70. Alan Kitchen returned 5-28 as Bilton tried to force victory,

In Division B Harden hold top spot despite going down to a 70 runs defeat at Hall Park. The home side made 216-6 with opener G Barker making 85. Harden were then dismissed for 146 as P Warburton took 6-62.

Ilkley are in second place after their 154 runs win over Calverley. They made 233-6 with David Fisher top scoring with 77 not out and opener Rory Kroon 49. Calverley were dismissed for 179 with Fisher completing a good all round performance with a 3-24 return off ten overs.

Addingham were shot out for 62 as Colton's M Boyle returned an amazing 4-7 off 8.3 overs and J Horner bagged 3-22. Colton went on to win by seven wickets.

Collingham's S James hit an unbeaten 107 as his side totalled 202-7 against Tong Park who then rubbed off the runs for the loss of six wickets. Opener J Law led the way with 96 and Lee Burke made 37.

Division C side Skipton are the only side in the league yet to record a win this season. They were dismissed for 154 by Bolton Villas who with M Binns making 64 won by six wickets.

Horsforth took all six points with their 201 runs win over Silsden. They made 273 with half-centuries from Peter Tooley, K Walsh and B Robinson. They then dismissed Silsden for 72 with C Foster taking 3-20 off 11 overs and A Metcalfe 3-10 off seven.

Illingworth bowler K Doherty produced an excellent return of 7-41 off 17.1 overs as Woodhouse were put out for 138. Illingworth went on to win by six wickets with G Hall leading the way with an unbeaten 41.

Upper Wharfedale took five points from a drawn game with Ben Rhydding after making 221. Joe McTigue played a leading role in preserving a point for Rhydding with his knock of 42 to follow up his return of 4-59 off 11 overs.

Olicanians lost by four wickets to New Rover despite 65 no from I Thomas.
