Oakworth under-11's followed up last week's win with another classy performance built on solid defence. Aiden Davey and Robert Ellis played well as Oaks thumped in four goals with Chris Newman, Jimmy Dourandish and Steven Doane hitting the mark. They finished comfortable 4-2 winners against Boothtown in another team effort.

Cowling Under-11's lost 4-2 to Long Lee, but deserved better than the scoreline suggests. Cowling hit the frame four times before the conceded the fourth goal. C Cleaver and G Wilson scored for Cowling.

Long Lee Under-12's fought to a 7-3 victory over Stansfield with their own keeper, Scott Nelson, man of the match. Graham Holmes (2), Nicky Trowers (4) and Harry Holmes hit the target for Long Lee.

Wilsden Juniors Under-8's worked hard as a team to win 3-0 at home against Bradford All Stars. Joseph Dent chipped the keeper for the first goal with Jack Rogers and Dale Slack adding two more. Jack was named man of the match after stepping up from substitute at the last minute.

Wilsden Junior B Under-8's easily overcame Bradford All Stars B with a 4-0 win thanks to Andrew slack and Michael Simpson who scored two goals each. Goalkeeper Andrew Bardsley was named man of the match for two breathtaking saves saves after hardly touching the ball.

Adam Whiteoak scored a hat-trick in Silsden Under-15's 5-0 victory over Sandy lane - and completed 100 goals for the club in just over two seasons.

The man of the match opened the scoring and added a second from the penalty spot. He saw a second penalty saved before notching his hat-trick after latching on to a through ball from Gavin Baluk. Adam Rogowski made it 4-0 with a shot from the edge of the area and Steve Gott completed the victory after good work from Matthew Sharpe. It was Silsden' 15th consecutive victory in the league and they now need just three points from five matches to complete a hat-trick of Craven Junior League Championships.

A second half hat-trick from Nathan Barraclough gave Thornton Travellers Under-9's victory over Oakworth. Barra's outstanding performance and further goals from James Scott and Brett Davison gave Thornton their biggest win of the season.

Silsden Under-16's 3-3 draw with Settle was a real cracker with goals from Shazad Khan, Mark Whitaker and Tom Palin giving Silsden a 3-1 half time lead. The north Craven side battled back after the break to level the scores and both sides went all-out for a winner. Keeper Mark Place pulled off a spectacular one-handed save to prevent Settle taking the points and in the last few minutes Chris Norris had a shot cleared off the line and Khan saw his effort bounce back of the post.

Oakworth Under 12s stuttered their way to a 2-1 Cup replay success against Long Lee. A Thomas Woodward miss hit deceived the defender on the line to open the scoring but Long Lee were back in it before half time when a hopeful lob was spilled by Tom Lee who then scooped the ball away but not before it had crossed the line. The winner came midway through the second period when Liam Blacka magnificently chipped the Long Lee keeper following a short corner on the left. Adam Clewse and Joe Marshall were impressive for Oaks in a less than convincing display.

Oakworth Under-11's B saw their seven match undefeated run broken by a 3-2 defeat at Shelf. The Oaks led 1-0 at half time thanks to a goal from Jack Emmott, but were trailing 2-1 early in the second half. John Shaw levelled the scores, but careless play let Shelf score a late winner. Kevin Reynard was Oaks man of the match.

Bracken Bank Under-12's had a good away win, beating Queensbury 8-3. After fighting against the wind in the first half they really turned on the style after the break. goals were scored by Gary Kinley (3), Ross Wiseman (2) and Liam Jeffries (3). The club is also looking to recruit players from 8 to 12 years old. "We have qualified coaches and First Aiders and would also welcome anyone who wants to help with coaching," said a club spokesman. Long Lee Under -11's beat Wilson 3-1 with goals from Alistair Houldsworth, man of the match Daniel Sylvester, and Stefan Risidi. Wilsden scored a deserved late goal.

Long Lee Under-11's beat Cowling 4-2 in the Norman Bairstow league. Kevin O'Connor scored before Cowling swept into the lead, but two goals from Jonathon Shwartz and a late strike from Thomas Gill secured the points for the home side.

Long Lee Under-10's beat Bingley Juniors 2-0 with goals from Liam McNichol and Liam Walsh before sweeping aside Skipton LMS as Jonathan Clewes scored all five goals.

A fabulous team performance earned Long Lee Under-7's a 2-1 win over Bolton Woods. Both goals were scored by Patrick King and Chris Redman in goal was rarely troubled thanks to solid performances by Joe Part and Arley Barnes.

Silsden Under-11's kept on course for a place in the quarter-final of the Craven League Cup with a 9-2 victory over Shipley. Goals were scored by Richard Parker, Alex Delmege (2), Jamie Berry (2), Sam Boothman, Richard Parker (2) and a cracker from Stephen Throup.

Silsden Under-9's a pulled off a 6-0 victory against Otley. They were three up at the break thanks to goals from Xander Pietrovito, Adam McLean and an own goal. The second half followed a similar pattern with man of the match Andrew North claiming a hat-trick.

Silsden Under-9's B clinched victory in a 3-2 cracker against Otley. Scott Greenwood scored their first half goal to keep in touch as Otley took the lead. Jonas Bartle scored twice after the break and Scott Greenwood was named man of the match.

Gomersal Under-8's caught Silsden napping with an early goal and despite a performance of real passion the Cobbydalers could not find an equaliser. Andrew McNulty was man of the match.

Silsden Under-8's B also went down 1-0 to Gomersal. After conceding an early goal they played their hearts out, but were unable to put the ball in the net. Silsden's man of the match was Ben Sagar and goalkeeper James Clarke also had a good game, together with Dominic Tunney who performed well on his promotion to the team.

After a goalless first half Oakworth Under-8's A went 2-0 down to a well organised Shipley side. Man of the match Sam Lee produced a string of fine saves before Shipley took the lead. Kurtis Towler hit the bar before Shipley sealed the game in the last minute.

Oakworth Under-8's B lost only their second game of the season, but remain top despite the 3-1 defeat by Shipley. Adam Marks put Oaks ahead before going down to three second half strikes despite stout defending from Glen Wallbank, Jake Hoyle and Duncan Aitchison.

Haworth Under-14's went down 7-5 to Ravenscliffe in a pulsating game. Highlight of the match came when man of the match Paul Whitely was fouled in the box, the Ravenscliffe keeper saved the penalty, but Whiteley scored directly from the resulting penalty. Haworth scorers were David Maw, Todd Buchanan Andrew Windle and Paul Whiteley (2).

Oakworth Under-10's move back to the top of the table in windy conditions at Wilsden, winning 5-0. Goals from Joshua Beatie, James Thompson, William Lee, and own goal and a fine solo effort by Nivard Trowers.
