Division Two leaders and Sunday Cup holders Royal FC reached the final again, beating Ravencliffe Celtic in the semi-final.

Their Division Three opponents gave a good account of themselves before bowing out of the competition.

Spencer Harrison scored in the first-half for Royal but it wasn't until the last minute of the game that the second goal from Nick Fawell made the game safe.

Royal will play another Third Division side in the final after Woodend Rovers beat Calverley Victoria 4-0 with the prolific Gavin Collins grabbing another three and Paul Moorhouse netting the other. Woodend have beaten three Second Division sides on their way to the final.

Wilson Transport are now the only team who can stop Royal from taking the Second Division Championship, Spencer Newlove and Mark Woodhead gave Wilson's a 2-0 lead against Victoria Hotel who hit back to level but were beaten by two Waheed Sulieman goals and Vics could sadly end up with nothing to show from a brilliant season. Springfield United ended their league season with a 4-2 defeat by Red Lion, Simon Broadbent snatched an early lead for the visitors and Julian Rhodes made it 2-1 after a Springield equaliser, United levelled again before the break but Rhodes completed a hat-trick in the second- half.

The Premier Division title is still not decided as Silsden AFC beat Keighley Juniors 5-2 to stay in the hunt.

Premier Division leaders St Annes Celtic had a second win in the Inter-League Cup, Greengates Albion held the lead but a second-half hat-trick from Paul Driver kept Celtic's interest alive and they needed to win as 100% Pudsey Royal Hotel beat Nags 5-0.

On Sunday Royal FC play Bradford Celtic in Division Two and victory will add the Second Division title to the Third Division trophy from last season, Royal will then go for an unprecedented double as they defend the Sunday Cup on May 3.
