Keighley Police have issued the description of a man they want to question in connection with an indecent exposure on Saturday night.

A 25-year-old woman was walking along Goulborne Street, Keighley, at 11.30pm on Saturday when a man indecently exposed himself in front of her. The woman immediately contacted the police after the incident.

The man is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins tall, approximately 30 years old, of medium build with a bushy moustache. He was wearing a three-quarter-length blue anorak and light-coloured denim jeans.

A teenage girl confronted by a naked youth in Cliffe Castle Park, Keighley, has warned other young women to be on their guard.

The boy allegedly jumped out of a bush in front of three friends as they walked home from school on Monday afternoon. The youth, aged between 16 and 17, tried to talk to the girls but they ran away.

One of the girls, who does not want to be named, believes such incidents happen often, and could happen again.

She says: "Next time it could be a young girl on her own. The police do not have the manpower to constantly watch for him."

Sgt Allan Gee, of Keighley police, says none of the girls were injured, and there was no physical or sexual assault.

He describes the suspect as Asian, about 5ft 5in tall, of medium build, with black hair with a centre parting, and a clean-shaven, long face.

Dangerous antibiotic drugs were stolen from a car park in Keighley on Monday.

A black airline-type bag containing two boxes of the antibiotic ciproxin was accidentally left in a car in North Street by a medical representative at 11am.

Police are urging the public to contact Keighley police station on 617059 with any information because the drug can cause serious side effects, such as pain and swelling of the joints, stomach ache, sickness, skin rashes and dizziness, especially in children.

An elderly Keighley woman had money stolen on Monday by a youth pretending to collect sponsorship for his school.

The 81-year-old wom-an, who lives in Granby Drive, discovered £62 was missing from her living room after letting the youth into her house.

The youth is described as an Asian male, about 15 years old, between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 8ins tall, with a thin face and short, tidy black hair. He was wearing a black anorak and grey trousers.

Police urge people not to let people into their homes unless they know them or can trust them.
