Bulls try ace Tevita Vaikona has paid tribute to coach Matthew Elliott's part in the impressive start to his Super League career.

The Tongan powerhouse, who is the champions' top scorer this term with seven touchdowns - including one in each of his last four games - is aiming to extended his impressive sequence against London Broncos at Odsal tonight.

"I had confidence in my ability to do well at this level but Matthew and his coaching team have helped the transition tremendously.

"The move has been a great one and although we have taken time to blend the performance at Castleford set standards which we must try and keep."

Elliott is set to make just one change to the side which romped home 52-10 against the Tigers with Matt Calland returning on the bench in place of Nathan Graham who has a chest injury.

Elliott says: "I was really pleased with the win last week but I was more pleased with the attitude and the aggression shown by the team rather than their tactical awareness.

"I always knew that with a new combination of half-backs and some other changes we were going to have to feel our way for a few games as we adjusted to the new pattern.

"I believe that we are now coming out of the other side and we can now start to accumulate some form."

The Broncos, who are without Martin Offiah, John Timu, Mark Carroll, Glen Air and Chris Ryan, switch veteran Aussie Peter Gill to stand-off.

The Broncos have beaten the Bulls only twice in 15 league and cup clashes. The most recent being the final game of last season when the Broncos recorded a 28-24 success at the Stoop.

Elliott says: "The players' at London reflect their coach Tony Currie's personality. They play with a lot of physical presence and try to intimidate teams. That's how Tony coaches and I have no reason to suspect that it will be any different tonight."
