"That will do nicely" was the overwhelming feeling at Odsal today as the Bulls landed their first home Challenge Cup tie for three years.

First Division Workington Town should provide them with a safe passage through to the last 16 and it was enough to see the beaten 1996 and 1997 finalists installed as 7-2 second favourites for the competition.

But there was just as much satisfaction at the pairing of last year's Grand Final opponents Leeds with 9-4 favourites Wigan in a potentially titanic struggle at Headingley.

News of the draw was broken to Rhinos players by coach Graham Murray -- in touch with the ceremony in Leeds by mobile phone - after their evening meal at the same training camp in Lanzarote used by the Bulls last week.

Bulls assistant coach Brian Noble said: "I bet the Rennies were being handed out after they heard but you have to take what comes in the cup and they will be looking forward to it.

"We have to be happy though. I have to say that we were prepared, more so than last year, for a big tie if that's what came out of the bag, but we certainly aren't complaining.

"We will give Workington respect and prepare well as we always do but we have to be confident. Workington will have everything to gain coming here but it gives us a great chance of progress and more time to gel together."

Bulls' opponents appointed former Great Britain and Wigan prop Andy Platt as their new player-coach in the close season and his signings have included Paul Forber and Aussie half-back Josh White from Salford as well as second-rower Simon Knox from the Bulls.

"Simon will be keen to come back and do well but I know our players are desperate to get to Wembley again. The signs in pre-season have been very encouraging and a good run in the cup would also set us up nicely for Super League," added Noble.

Other highlights of the fourth round draw see holders Sheffield Eagles visit Salford and the Bulls conquerors last season, Castleford, taking on Hull at Wheldon Road.

RFL officials were today expected to confirm the Salford tie as the BBC's live game for Saturday, February 13, with the Rhinos and Wigan clash being screened the following day avoiding a clash with the Leeds versus Spurs or Wimbledon FA Cup tie the previous day.

The Bulls tie will also be staged on Sunday with a 3.00pm kick-off. This year the fifth, sixth and semi-final draws will be shown live on Sunday Grandstand at 5.10pm on the day the previous rounds are completed.

Keighley Cougars, who disposed of Rochdale Mayfield 48-2 in the third round, face a difficult trip to Widnes and a clash with their former prop Lee Hansen.

Draw: Featherstone Lions v Halifax; Leeds v Wigan; Wakefield v Batley; Bulls v Workington; Rochdale v York; Whitehaven v Lancashire Lynx; Castleford v Hull; Barrow v Leigh; Warrington v Featherstone Rovers; Salford v Sheffield; Leigh Miners Rangers v Hull KR; Oldham v Dewsbury; London Broncos v Doncaster; Hunslet v St Helens; Huddersfield v Swinton; Widnes v Keighley Cougars.

Ties to be played 13/14 February.
