Nomads 'A' took revenge on South Craven 'A' for their 10-0 hammering earlier in the season.

Dynamic Dave Adams chalked up another maximum for Nomads, beating John Lister 21-16, 21-16 and Bob Davies chipped in with a win against James Lister 15-21, 21-15, 21-19. The outstanding performance of the match came courtesy of Andy Allott who came from behind to beat James Lister 16-21, 21-19, 21-19 as his team notched a 6-4 win.

Peter Holbrook was unstoppable for Ukrainian B with a full house that included a 21-6, 21-13 demolition of Pete Worge of Nemesis. However, Nemesis fought their way back into it with a couple for both Worger and Bob Underwood to lead 4-3, but the final two singles went to the Ukrainian's who also won the doubles to record a 6-4 victory.

Johnson & Johnson produced another thrilling matchagainst Terriers 'A'. Tim Boothman set the scene with a 18-21, 21-14, 21-18 win against John Pullen, but Vince Ferran levelled it against Mark Emmott 21-14, 22-20 with an exciting display of attacking table tennis. Alan Ripley put the Gargrave outfit in the driving seat by beating Paul Beck 21-15, 21-12 to which John Pullen added another, coming out on top against Mark Emmott 21-17, 21-9.

The Terriers rallied, but a comfortable win for Pullen and Ferran in the doubles saw Johnson & Johnson win 6-4.

Munzir Nazir, playing his first match of the season, came up trumps for Central 'A' destroying Ilkley Road's Paul Feather 21-8, 21-16, on his way to a maximum. Steady play from Roy Towler ensured a share of the spoils for the Riddlesden team.

In Division Three Terriers 'B' took on their 'D' team and,in a week of close encounters, the match proved to be a very tight affair. Steve Wands scored his almost inevitable treble with a top drawer 21-10, 21-17 victory over John Driver. Driver and Stuart Myers managed a couple each for the 'B' team, but Simon Morton did his bit for the 'D' team and a 21-13, 21-19 win in the doubles for Morton and Wands helped the underdogs to a 5-5 draw.

Ilkley Road 'B' fought hard to earn a draw at home to Central 'B' who had Azeem Khan in sparkling form. On his way to a maximum he got the better of Chris Gill 21-17, 17-21, 21-15 and Karl McIntyre 21-19, 13-21, 21-11 to maintain his good run that has seen only two defeats so far this season. Ilkley Road fought back with wins for Gill, McIntyre and Mark Waterhouse, but Central pulled off a21-21, 21-12, 21-19 win in the doubles to force a draw.

John Mitchell and Andrew Clarke were the driving force behind St Wilf's first win of the season at South Craven 'B'. The pair notched a couple each, with Mitchell's 21-15, 19-21, 21-17 success against Ross Milner being a particularly superb effort. William Lister weighed in with a victory against Chris Cann 23-21, 21-9 and then Mitchell and Clarke teamed up to take the doubles 21-14, 21-12 against Steve Cann and Milner.
