Bingley White Horse's small squad, which is still ravaged by injury, had to field a depleted team in t heir 4-1 defeat by Granby Phoenix.

The Keighley side scored twice in each half through Tim Peters, Lee Collier, Colin Horsfield and Jonal Ali. Andrew Nelson scored Bingley's consolation goal.

Stanbury and Skipton shared the honours in a 2-2 draw.

After a goalless first half Skipton opened the scoring 10 minutes into the second period, Stanbury paid the penalty as they pushed forward for the equaliser with Skipton scoring their second goal.

However, Stanbury's young team fought back with top scorer Darren Bainbridge slotting home a close range effort. With time running out Skipton were put under pressure and put the ball into their own net.

Keighley Juniors showed improved form to run out 3-2 winners over Royal Oak. Juniors scored twice in the opening period before Darren Holmes and Johnny Lawrence brought the scores even after the break. Juniors sealed victory with a late goal, their scorers were Lee Rhodes, Darren Preece and Chris Barrett.

Undefeated Craven Athletic continued their winning ways when they entertained Lord Rodney, taking a 4-0 victory. Scorers were Steve Holden, Steve Reape, Steve Fenton and Patrick Page.

New Inn went down 4-2 to Grapes after squandering a 2-1 half time lead. Injuries to two New Inn players did not help the cause in the second half.

Ian Dacres scored both New Inn goals and scorers for Grapes were Chris Brook, alan Robertson, Dave Fox and Paul Hutchinson.

Cavendish and Silsden's Bridge Inn shared the points in a goalless draw.

Albert went down 2-0 to St Annes Celtic Reserves after they failed to convert a string of chances. Queens Head, Bingley v Brown cow was postponed.
