Baildon have received a boost prior to tomorrow's Yorkshire Silver Trophy final at Bradford and Bingley.

Both Des Christie and Jim Hutton, who were sent off in the semi-final victory at Heath on April 10, are available to face Wibsey.

"We still haven't received the referee's report on the dismissals," says John Scott, secretary of the Yorkshire RFU's disciplinary committee, "so they will be able to play in the final.

"Once we do receive the referee's report their cases will be heard on either May 17 - our last meeting of the season - or in September."

It is the first cup final Baildon, who were formed in 1912, have appeared in, but it is Wibsey's fifth appearance in this competition alone in the last 12years.

They lost in 1987 to Old Modernians, 1988 to Bridlington and 1990 to Knot-tingley before finally winning it in 1995 against Dinnington.

Baildon, who finished third in Yorkshire Division Three, start as favourites, but Wibsey - relegated from the same division - have much more experience of playing big matches.

Both sides have named squads including six replacements for York-shire's first all-Bradford cup final.
