Leeds Rhinos are calling on their fans to help the boost the Odsal gate as much as possible tomorrow night even though it may mean them losing the Super League record crowd of 21,666 to their arch rivals.

Chief Executive Gary Hetherington says a large travelling support could be crucial in the Rhinos bid to pip St Helens for second-spot.

"We want to clinch home advantage in the play-offs and beating the Bulls would help secure that," he said.

"By giving us their fantastic vocal backing, our supporters can really help lift the team. I hope thousands of them make the trip to Odsal."

Meanwhile Super League Managing Director Maurice Lindsay is predicting the occasion will provide a major boost for the game ahead of the play-offs.

"It will be a superb occasion. Whenever the Bulls meet Leeds the atmosphere is electric but this promises to be extra special.

"The Bulls marketing staff have been working with their colleagues at the Rhinos to ensure it is another marvellous night for Super League."

Extra floodlit car parking is being provided at Sedbergh Playing Fields on Huddersfield Road to cope with demand.

The Rhinos have boosted their squad for next season by signing Aussie second-rower David Barnhill from Sydney City on a two-year contract to replace the retiring Marc Glanville.
