Yorkshire paceman Chris Silverwood was today named in the England A tour party for the winter trip to Bangladesh and New Zealand.
Silverwood said after hearing of his selection: "I was disappointed not to have been included in the England party for South Africa but I am pleased that getting a place with the A Squad means that I have kept my foot in the door. I feel I have been in good form lately."
