Surveyors Christie & Co have won a contract to market Bradford's Vicar Lane leisure development.
The firm is helping developers The Stadium Group to find companies to operate the various parts of the development.
The project will have a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, health and fitness centre, 120-bedroom hotel and bars and restaurants.
Jon Patrick, Christie's director of leisure and development, said: "We are particularly pleased to be associated with The Stadium Group on this project and to have assisted with the scheme which formed its successful submission."
The firm's knowledge of the licensed and leisure business would help finance the scheme.
