Bradford City have announced details of how supporters can claim refunds following the breakdown of the big screen showing of the match at Manchester United.
Refunds are now available from the ticket office and fans should produce their ticket stub from the match at the office or send it by post, with a self addressed envelope, marked Big Screen Refund.
The office is open today and tomorrow from 9am until noon and from 9am on Tuesday.
A statement from the club said: "We wish to apologise to all supporters for the failure, which was totally beyond our control."
