A 39-year-old man needed hospital treatment after being viciously attacked in North Street, Keighley.
The victim, Clive Butterfield, from Keighley, suffered head and facial injuries and sustained a fractured left foot in the attack. He was treated at Airedale Hospital and discharged on Monday evening.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, which happened at around 2.25am on Saturday. Anyone able to assist should contact the police help desk on 01535 617059 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
