Brave heart transplant girl Sally Slater, pictured, has received messages of support from some famous well-wishers.
Among the many gifts and letters was a book from Roald Dahl's daughter and a bouquet of flowers from Coronation Street actress Denise Welch, who plays Rovers Return landlady Natalie Barnes in the popular soap.
The six-year-old is settling in at home in Kirkby Malham, near Skipton, after the life-saving operation.
And she is hoping to return to Kirkby Malham Primary School in six week's time, almost four months after she fell ill with a mystery virus which attacked her heart.
She was fitted with a revolutionary plastic artificial heart to buy more time until a donor was found.
Feeling better Sally has been writing back to well-wishers.
