Keighley professional Mike Bradley has qualified for the national final of the Glenmuir British Club Professional championships, to be played over 72 holes at the Duke's Course, St Andrews.

Mike shot a level par 72 in windy conditions in the north-east regional final at Pannal last Wednesday to finish among the 13 qualifiers. The event was won by Newark's Paul Kent, who beat Pannal pro Dave Padgett at the third extra hole of a play-off after both scored two under par 70.

A 10-man Britain and Ireland team to play the United States in the PGA Cup will be chosen after the final.
