Bradford firm Superstat has signed up to a Government scheme which helps them keep high flyers.
The firm has been helped join the Enterprise Management Incentives scheme by the West Yorkshire office of accountants Grant Thornton. EMI helps bosses offer tax efficient share options to key staff.
Ivan Dunn, Superstat's chairman, said: "Increasingly bright recruits are head-hunted by the larger firms who will offer a salary package that is almost impossible to match. The scheme will help Superstat retain our key employees and reward them with a remuneration package to match their skills.
"We welcome the EMI scheme as away of providing incentives to key employees who are looking for a real stake in the business rather than just a basic cash and benefits package."
David Naylor, a partner at Grant Thornton, added: "Ivan has proved that he is prepared to embrace new initiatives to keep his business at the leading edge."
