A Skipton and Settle butcher has won the prestigious accolade of serving up Yorkshire's very best black puddings.
Drake & Macefield - with outlets in in Otley Street, Skipton, and Market Square, Settle - added the title to its growing list of industry awards.
The century-old business beat off stiff competition in the Great Yorkshire Millennium Pork Pie, Sausage and Black Puddings Competition.
The event was staged by the Confederation of Yorkshire Butchers Councils in Bradford.
Drake & Macefield also took the runners-up award in the sausage section having won eight awards earlier this year and been voted Britain's second best pork pie producer in 1999.
