Ellis & Everard, the Bradford-based chemicals specialist, has won a major contact with a Finnish producer.
The company, based in Peckover Street, will act as UK distributor for Kemira Pigments, one of the world's top five Titanium Dioxide producers.
Kemira currently sells 3,000 to 4,000 tonnes in the UK every year and the agreement will boost the E&E's share of the paint and plastic industry by 200 per cent.
E&E product manager, Alan Cooke, said: ''We will be utilising the full sales resources of both our general chemicals network and industrials specialities people. With this type of commitment we can give our customers the benefits of a focused approach with a full commercial range of products in all industries.''
