Police are hunting burglars who fled with a collection of porcelain Nativity characters from a Christmas display.
The thieves broke into a shed in the grounds of a detached house in Nab Wood, Shipley, and used an axe and hedge trimmers to force open a conservatory window.
Their haul, valued at almost £1,000, included figures of Mary and Joseph, the Three Wise Men, three shepherds, a praying angel and a cow as well as a Lladro figure of a girl holding some flowers and a porcelain figure of a boy with a dog.
The burglars fled at 4.15pm on Boxing Day after activating an alarm at the property.
A witness described the pair as white, aged between mid-teens and early 20s and between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in.
Anyone with any information about the break-in should call Shipley police on (01274) 537459 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
