A farmer who was arrested after Bingley Road, Cullingworth, was blockaded with bales of hay and a tractor on Friday morning has appeared in Court.
Motorists had to be diverted for more than two hours.
It is believed the protest was the latest in a long-running dispute with Barclays Bank.
Harry Sutcliffe, of Cow House Farm, appeared at Bingley Magistrates Court on Monday charged with making threats to kill, causing an affray and possessing an offensive weapon.
He was remanded on conditional bail until March 23.
