Bradford manufacturer Art Glass has been sold off as a going concern, securing the jobs of 250 workers.
The firm, which makes glass components for furniture, bathroom and conservatory products, has been taken over by Solaglas Limited, a UK subsidiary of French group St Gobain.
The sale was supervised by joint administrators Ian Stokoe and Edward Klempka of Leeds chartered accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr Stokoe said: "I am delighted to have concluded a going-concern sale of the Art Glass business.
"The workforce has been tremendously supportive during the administration and I am sure the continuation of the business will be welcomed by both its suppliers and customers."
