Last Cawthra Feather's e-commerce team has been working closely with Halifax computer business Micromundi to produce legal documents for its Internet venture.
The Micromundi.com website sells computer hardware and software, as well as providing Internet Service Provider facilities.
Robert McGough, of Last Cawthra Feather, said: "Consumer and business to business e-commerce is growing extensively and increasing numbers of firms are realising this can be a way of offering real benefits to their customers."
