A family-run firm has set a new benchmark for Yorkshire's funeral directors. Dewsbury MP Ann Taylor presented Eric F Box Funeral Directors, established in 1853, with the ISO9002 quality standard last week. Only a handful of other companies in the UK, none from the region, hold the certificate. Edward Box, manager of the Dewsbury firm, said: "We are constantly looking to improve the service we provide to the people of Dewsbury and West Yorkshire and an accolade like this shows people we are a quality operation."
